Ingredients
  

  • 4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry and season them with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
  • Drizzle olive oil on the griddle and place the thighs skin-side down. Cook for 7-8 minutes until crispy.
  • Flip and continue cooking for another 6-7 minutes, basting with garlic butter.
  • Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Serve hot with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • You can also use chicken breasts if preferred, but cooking times may vary.
  • Make sure to let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving to retain its juices.
