- 4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
Pat the chicken thighs dry and season them with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
Drizzle olive oil on the griddle and place the thighs skin-side down. Cook for 7-8 minutes until crispy.
Flip and continue cooking for another 6-7 minutes, basting with garlic butter.
